DWeb China Meetup 是一个汇聚开发者、研究者、艺术家与社区组织者的开放聚会。
我们将以「去中心化 Web（Decentralized Web）」的核心精神为指引——开放协作、数字主体性、多样性、互助与可持续——共同探索下一代互联网的可能性。
在这个快速变化的时代，我们相信技术应服务于人，赋能每一个个体拥有自主权、隐私与选择；我们也相信，网络不应是由少数巨头掌控的结构，而是由所有参与者共同编织的多中心生态。
本次 Meetup 将为大家提供一个轻松又富有启发的空间，让参与者能够：

DWeb China Meetup is an open gathering bringing together developers, researchers, artists, and community organizers.
We are guided by the core spirit of the Decentralized Web—open collaboration, digital sovereignty, diversity, mutual aid, and sustainability—to explore the possibilities of the next generation internet together.
In this rapidly changing era, we believe technology should serve people, empowering every individual with autonomy, privacy, and choice. We also believe the network should not be a structure controlled by a few giants, but a polycentric ecosystem woven together by all participants.
This Meetup will provide a relaxed yet inspiring space for participants to:
- Connect: Build genuine connections with partners from open source communities, digital culture, social innovation, Web3, P2P technology, and more.
- Learn: Understand the values, principles, and latest developments of the DWeb community; share technical practices, use cases, and research findings.

Wendy Hanamura 是 Internet Archive 的合作伙伴关系总监。Internet Archive 这一庞大的文化遗产收藏，近三十年来一直为全球学习者免费提供对一万亿个网页的访问。她曾帮助创建并领导 2016 与 2018 年的 Decentralized Web Summits 以及 DWeb Camp。
Wendy Hanamura is the Director of Partnerships at Internet Archive. This vast cultural heritage collection has been providing free access to one trillion web pages for global learners for nearly three decades. She helped create and lead the Decentralized Web Summits in 2016 and 2018, as well as DWeb Camp.
Brooklyn 是 Fission 的联合创始人，致力于构建 Local-first 工具。她创立了 Vancouver Functional Programming Meetup，是多个 Elixir 库的作者。目前在 Ink & Switch 探索未来的思维工具，研究主题包括 Local-first Software、Malleable Software 等。
Brooklyn is the co-founder of Fission, dedicated to building local-first tools. She founded the Vancouver Functional Programming Meetup and is the author of several Elixir libraries. Currently at Ink & Switch exploring future thinking tools, with research topics including Local-first Software and Malleable Software.
